Primary Objective: Manage the day-to-day operations related to current BNP integration projects so that all projects are completed efficiently and correctly.
Essential Role and Responsibilities:
- Establish reasonable project schedules in coordination with the Account Manager.
- Assist with tracking approved Purchase Orders, order confirmation, estimated ship dates, delay notifications, etc.
- Attend some Pre-Construction site meetings with General Contractors / Owners / Clients to identify and resolve any issues prior to mobilizing BNP’s field team (i.e lift access, site conditions, or obstructions).
- Coordinate venue access and daily work schedule with client/customer.
- Communicate with General Contractors and other construction trades to verify project timeline is accurately reflected in BNP’s schedule.
- Coordinate field tech/subcontractor schedules and assist with staff scheduling for all projects.
- Coordinate and confirm rental equipment if necessary (i.e., lifts, specialized tools, etc.) and convey details to on-site PM.
- Coordinate and confirm equipment transportation to project site (local van scheduling, BNP trucking services or 3 party LTL).
- Coordinate and confirm and subcontracted services needed for a project (i.e. crane rentals, structural engineering, etc.)
- Confirm inventory received in coordination with Warehouse Operations.
- Assist assigned Project Manager on-site and off-site to make sure all necessary staff, equipment, tools, and logistics are well organized to allow BNP’s on-site team to work efficiently and without delays.
- Managing BNP integration’s file organization structure and all associated project documents (drawings, proposals, CAD files, Q-SYS files, etc.) so that all members working on the project have access to the most recent documents. Ensure the most recent drawing set is on-site (with hardcopy to markup for As-Builts).
- Tally and verify all tech and subcontractor hours (on-site and off-site) related to the project.
- Oversee project budgets in communication with on-site Project Manager and Account Manager.
- Assist in preparing Change Orders or other project design adjustments if required.
- Regular updates to client and account manager.
- Prepare system testing documentation in coordination with the programmer and commissioning team.
- Compile and distribute a comprehensive punch list and distributed to all parties (internal).
- Assemble all equipment manuals, documentation, and spare parts for delivery to the client.
- Conduct on-site end-user training, first-use support, and other specialized field services.
- Upon project completion, review and update all project expenses in Jet Built so that Account Manager(s) & accounting can accurately issue final billing.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support services for all BNP integration clients.
- Assist with arranging manufacturer warranty repairs, advance replacement units and returns.
- This position would require 20-40% on-site work and 60-80% office/warehouse work.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in AV integration preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Sketch Up, AutoCAD, 3D modeling, Acrobat (or similar) experience preferred but not required.
- MS Office Suite. Including Excel.
- Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu or similar PDF editor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Some procurement experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of construction trades is preferred but not required.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Range: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
