Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate

Primary Objective:

Follow tasks listed in established In, Out and Truck loading processes to pick, push and pull equipment to the appropriate areas within the warehouse for show preparation and event distribution. Through quality control and repair processes accurately assess and repair company assets.

Essential Role and Responsibilities:

Pick, Push and Pull Gear

  • Use of pallet jacks and walk behind forklifts for equipment movement
  • Utilize pick lists to pull gear from shelves and deliver to appropriate show prep location
  • Unloading and staging gear from incoming trucks for QC process
  • Load and secure gear according to specification into appropriate transportation vessel
  • Palletize equipment, gear or packages for storage or shipment.

Shipping and Receiving

  • Receive incoming inventory and distribute/store in the appropriate location within the warehouse
  • Assist in shipping & receiving tasks.

Company Vehicle Operation

  • Vehicle inspection and operation of company trucks and/or vans
  • Under both indirect and direct supervision, follow established repair processes on all assets

Additional duties

  • Event work and show prep as needed
  • Quality Control: As required, support the needs of the Service/QC function.
  • Facility maintenance as needed
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualification and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • 3 to 9 months warehouse experience with 6 months experience in Brown Note warehouse operations.
  • 6 months experience driving a 24’ Box Truck.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 to 100 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Clean MVR and Valid Driver’s License (may be required to pass DOT Health Test).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google products, and R2.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Range: $18-$22 hourly

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
